With "1" being the lowest Point of Glo, and "4" being the highest, move your gaze up and down the four Points of Glo in the sequence 1, 3, 2, 4, 3, 4.

Continue repeating the sequence, synchronizing it with deep rhythmic breathing. |

Tilt your head back and relax your lower jaw.

Breathe in deeply while looking UP at the highest Point of Glo possible.

Then drop your eyes down one Point of Glo, close eyes and exhale fully.
